Job summary

A global leader in the mining and metal sector is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Staff Engineer in Malaysia. This role involves supporting maintenance functions for mechanical and electrical equipment, driving improvement initiatives, and coaching personnel. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Strong knowledge of Reliability tools is essential for optimizing maintenance performance.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in maintenance and engineering, preferably in port equipment or heavy industries.
• Strong knowledge of Reliability tools.

Responsibilities

• Support preventive and corrective maintenance for operational equipment.
• Track performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Support the analysis of critical equipment failures.
• Coach and develop Maintenance execution personnel.
