• Relevant Assembly, Process/Quality Engineering experience, preferably in Die Bond/Wire Bond.
• More than 5 years of semiconductor industry experience.

• Accountable for on-time Lot on Hold disposition.
• Execute fast disposition of known and non-critical defects.
• Alert unit process experts on critical defects.

Job description

Responsible as Deviation Management Team lead, perform Lot on hold risk assessment/ disposition and continuous improvement to prevent reoccurrence.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Accountable for on time Lot on Hold disposition and reduction covering across processes.
• Responsible to execute fast disposition of known and non critical defects with assistant engineering team.
• Responsible to alert and engage unit process experts on critical defects and provide mapping for 8D completion.
• Actively monitoring on daily deviation lots and perform containment actions.
• Drive continuous improvement project to improve from defect re-occurrence.

Your Profile
