• Familiarity with automation scripts such as Perl or Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and verify DFT features such as SCAN and MBIST.
• Analyze and improve ATPG and DFT DV test coverage.
• Provide post silicon support to ensure successful bring up.
