Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Selangor is looking for an OSH Manager to oversee compliance with ISO standards, implement safety programs, and lead training initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, hold a valid Green Book, and have at least 7 years of experience in SSHE management. Strong leadership, risk assessment skills, and proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential. This role requires adapting to a fast-paced environment and traveling to sites across Malaysia as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in SSHE management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Registered with DOSH and holds a valid Green Book.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian SSHE regulations and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop documentation for compliance with ISO 45001:2018.
• Execute OSH programs to meet OSHA requirements annually.
• Lead the organization in OSH related emergencies.
• Advise on OSH policies and accident prevention programs.
• Investigate accidents and maintain accurate records.
