Your role and responsibilities

We seek a Senior Consultant to join our growing team. This team provides commercial and strategic advice to both foreign and local enterprises and supports their execution of key initiatives. As a core member of the Corporate Development Strategy team, you will receive broad exposure and balanced experiences across industries and across the transaction life cycle. You are expected to progress professionally and move into higher responsibilities. The successful candidate will possess teamwork, leadership, intellectual curiosity, creativity, tenacity in analysis, attention to detail, and accountability for results. In addition to well‑developed analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, this role requires the ability to:

  • Support deal or project engagements and business developments.
  • Work well with diverse client and team members.
  • Synthesize large amounts of data and information from primary and secondary research and develop and present sound and accurate conclusions.
  • Assist in developing frameworks/models that address business problems and result in strategic insights.
  • Communicate effectively and maturely with client management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top‑tier school with demonstrated analytical capability and academic honors (minimum 3.0 GPA).
  • Minimum of 3 years in consulting, banking, principal investments, or strategic roles within a corporate environment.
  • Provide hands‑on supervisory guidance to junior associates in fast‑paced working environments.
  • Proficiencies with PowerPoint, Excel, and various office tools.
