Job summary

A leading consulting firm is seeking a SR&T Manager specializing in strategy and business design for Japanese client services in Southeast Asia. Responsibilities

As a Manager, you will demonstrate leadership in a mixed team of local and JCS members, managing projects while using personal strengths to support project and client development.

Requirements
  • Extensive consulting experience in strategy and operations within the consumer goods and food & beverage industries.
  • Focus area: services in growth strategy, mid‑term planning, sales transformation, marketing, and supply chain management (SCM) reform, channel strategy (including omnichannel approaches), development of global strategy and operational structures.
  • Proven track record of contributing to securing projects through proposal activities.
  • Experience in leading projects.
  • Native level Japanese and business level English OR native level English and business level Japanese.
  • In‑depth consulting experience in a specific industry (technology, consumer, manufacturing, etc.).
