Deloitte is growing its Strategy, Risk, and Transaction (SR&T) – Restructuring, Turnaround & Cost Transformation (RTCT) practice in Southeast Asia.

The RTCT team specialises in offering sophisticated advice and innovative solutions to companies facing corporate stress or disruption. Working with lenders, investors and senior stakeholders including CEOs, CFOs and MDs, we advise on financial restructuring / refinancing, operational restructuring, profit improvement programs, cash generation / working capital analysis, and large‑scale complex transformational change, to protect and build value, while maximizing returns.

You will work alongside our clients to bring a rigorous, evidence‑based analytical capability and strategic thinking to help them solve pressing, complex and cross‑border issues. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our clients to understand the forces that are driving change, identifying opportunities and develop solutions across the whole organization.

Requirements
  • Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related analytical field.
  • Up to 2 years of experience working in accounting, consulting, or a financial institution.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
  • Inquisitive nature with a willingness to learn independently and stay updated on developments.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Python is advantageous.
  • Comfortable working in fast‑paced, uncertain, and ambiguous environments, with the ability to work efficiently against demanding timelines.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication, adaptability, and a proactive approach to proposing solutions.
