Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Senior Software System Engineer in Penang to develop, test, and deploy C#/.NET based applications. You will bridge product owners, developers, engineers, QA and customers to ensure delivery, design scalable architecture, and document system requirements for critical features.

The role requires leading end-to-end delivery, owning key workstreams, and contributing to high-quality software in a global engineering setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software system experience in manufacturing.
• Strong C#/.Net and WPF skills.
• Experience with Windows multithreading and asynchronous communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy application systems using C# and .NET frameworks.

Job Description

• Develop, test, and deploy application systems using C# and .NET frameworks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr. Software System Engineer (C# / .NET) should have:

• Min 5 years of software system experience in manufacturing industry with C#/.Net. /WPF (strong individual contributor)
• Windows multithreading and asynchronous communication. Experience with CAN bus and Ethernet/serial port communication (Must have)
• Act as a strong individual contributor, owning end-to-end delivery of critical features and system improvements.
• Independently design, develop, and optimize scalable software solutions.
• Take full ownership of assigned workstreams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
