About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive large enterprise deals across Data, AI, Analytics, and IT Managed Services. This is a senior, hunter‑type role focusing on new business acquisition and expanding key accounts within Malaysia.

You’ll be leading complex deal pursuits, engaging with C‑level stakeholders, and shaping innovative solutions that align technology with business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Lead end‑to‑end deal pursuits and represent the organization to clients.

Build and manage large pursuit teams to develop proposals and win major local or international deals.

Drive opportunity qualification, value proposition development, and negotiation strategy.

Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with client needs.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and partners.

Support seamless transition from sales to delivery for multi‑year engagements.

What We’re Looking For

10–15+ years of experience in IT services sales (Data, AI, Analytics, Security, or Managed Services).

Proven track record in closing multi‑million‑dollar enterprise deals.

Strong exposure to Big Data, AI, and Analytics solution selling.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills at the C‑suite level.

Deep understanding of IT strategy, business management, and complex solution selling.
