Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking a Sr Planning Specialist in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia to oversee supply chain planning from OSAT to end customer shipment. You will align wafer-level activities with OSAT, testing, and backlog commitments while supporting hot expedites to avoid line-downs.

The role focuses on meeting revenue and OTD targets, managing inventory and backlog, and collaborating with global Sales/CSR/Marketing. A degree and 3–5 years' relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant working experience 3–5 years.
• Proficient in spreadsheet, Excel formulas, Power BI; SAP RR knowledge a plus.
• Good communication, proactive, agile and teamwork oriented.
• Supply chain planning from OSAT to end customer; able to meet revenue plan and OTD.

Responsibilities

• Plan supply chain from OSAT to end customer shipment.
• Ensure wafer to OSAT work aligns and hits backlog commitments.
• Support hot expedites to prevent line downs.
• Manage wafer bank release, die kitting, inventory control, and days of inventory.
• Contribute to profit margin; coordinate with Sales/CSR/Marketing globally.
• Utilize spreadsheet, Excel, Power BI; knowledge of SAP/RR is a plus.
