Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical, manufacturing engineering experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and associated tools.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience in Semiconductor Capital Equipment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, development, and implementation of manufacturing methods.
• Analyze and improve materials, equipment, and personnel use.
• Develop systems for record keeping and liaising with engineering.
• Recruit and develop a skilled engineering team.
• Drive root cause corrective action through data analysis.
• Implement improvements to reduce waste and increase productivity.
