Job Summary

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support Supermicro Global Service network by managing service inventory for parts globally. The candidate is expected to determine and ensure that the right parts/equipment is delivered to the right locations, monitor and manage the stock levels and flow of goods, warehousing, etc.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate full compliance with incoterms through professional knowledge and hands‑on experience.
  • Effectively manage RFQ process with external freight forwarders and provide accurate quotation to sales team.
  • Monitoring shipping schedule while ensuring the safety & security of all shipments.
  • Ensure billing accuracy and correctness by collaborating closely with the account department.
  • Determine the right parts and appropriate stock level based on the equipment configurations and guidelines.
  • Generate and file inventory reports both on periodic and on demand basis.
  • Keep internal database up to date for service inventory management.
  • Manage time effectively; prioritize and make good business judgments and decisions in relationship to efficiency, effectiveness while meeting daily service expectations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistic and Supply Chain Management or any other related fields is an advantage, but candidates with a diploma, relevant work experience and applicable certifications will also be considered.
  • Ideally the candidate should have around 8 years of experience in logistics including Trading, Customs clearance, Importing, Exporting, Shipping quotation mainly. Forwarder sales experience is a plus.
  • In‑depth understanding and application of incoterms in international trade & logistics.
  • Great communication skills to external & internal partners.
  • Excellent communication and multilingual skills, facilitating effective collaboration with stakeholders, particularly in the APAC region, including Taiwan as well as across diverse regions and functions.
  • Demonstrate efficiency and reliability in completing day‑to‑day responsibilities.
Salary Range

Competitive and commensurate with experience.
