Job summary

A leading firm in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR Executive to manage complete payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Payroll & HR Operations

Manage full-cycle monthly payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF, etc.).

Oversee employee claims, allowances and reimbursements in line with company policies.

Conduct payroll reconciliation and resolve payroll-related queries.

HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain accurate HR records and employee databases.

Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysian Labour Laws and company policies.

Support HR policy implementation and employee relations matters.

Assist in audits, reporting, and continuous process improvements.

Business Partnering

Partner with managers to understand business priorities and workforce needs, ensuring HR strategies align with organizational goals.

Support headcount planning, organizational design, and manpower optimization discussions.

Provide advice on employee lifecycle matters, including hiring, onboarding, development, and retention.

Act as a trusted advisor to employees, resolving grievances and promoting a positive work environment.

Requirements

Degree in HR, Business, or related field.

Minimum 5 years’ HR experience with strong payroll and recruitment exposure.

Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.

Proficiency in HR/payroll systems.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
