Job summary

A leading nutrition company based in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Accounts and Finance Executive. Responsibilities include managing accounts, finalizing year-end audits, and preparing accurate financial reports. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, advanced Excel skills, and is familiar with autocount systems. Competitive salary package offered.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of working experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Ability to process large data sizes with formulas in Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting journals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts and maintain general ledgers.
• Finalize accounts for year-end audit and coordinate with auditors.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports monthly, quarterly, and annually.

Job description

Manage full set of account and maintaining general ledger, purchase ledger, sales ledger, closing stock & bank reconcilation.
Finalize the account for year‑end audit and coordinate with the auditor.
Submit monthly profit & loss statement report to the management.
Prepare timely and accurate financial reports – monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Prepare yearly budget report & monthly expenses report.
To handle e‑invoicing related matters.
Ensure timely submission of withholding tax, e‑invoice and other statutory reports.
Handle & Monitor On Petty Cash Expenses.
Liaise with internal and external parties (i.e. bankers and etc).
Perform any other job functions that may be assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of working experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Advance Microsoft excel skills (able to process big size data with formulas)
• Have experience and knowledge in Finance, Accounting Journals.
• Familiar with autocount system.
• Good command of English.
