Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians in sputter process activities.
• Manage NPI line activities and monitor all sputter data.
• Comply with EHS policy and support preventive maintenance.

Skills

Familiarity with sputtering equipment or other vacuum systems

Proficiency in troubleshooting process controls

Ability to communicate technical information effectively

Strong understanding of safety protocols

Ability to work collaboratively

Proficiency in handling emergencies

Education

Master/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Material Engineering or related field
