Boltz Education Academy is seeking a passionate Sports Science Coordinator to lead the integration of sports science, performance development and data-driven training across Boltz Education Academy. The role will work closely with coaches, students and management to ensure sports science is embedded into daily training and student development.

The successful candidate will design training programs, monitor progress, perform assessments and provide feedback to coaches.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement sports science programs according to student age, level and sporting requirements.
• Integrate strength & conditioning, mobility, fitness, recovery and basic sports physiology into training programs.
• Develop online/home-based workout programs and training assignments for students.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Conduct regular fitness and physical performance assessments for students.
• Perform performance, fitness and training analysis based on student data.
• Identify individual strengths, weaknesses and areas for improvement.
• Develop appropriate exercise recommendations and individual development plans.
• Monitor student progress and prepare performance reports.
• Design sports science-related homework and home training programs.
• Establish submission methods such as videos, forms, training logs or other digital platforms.
• Monitor student compliance and quality of execution.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Attend regular meetings with coaches to discuss training plans and student performance.
• Provide sports science guidance and recommendations to coaches.
• Ensure coaches understand and properly implement prescribed training programs.
• Observe coaching sessions and provide feedback on training execution.
• Assist coaches in adjusting training based on student performance and fitness data.
• Conduct regular visits to Boltz branches to monitor the implementation of training programs.
• Evaluate training quality, exercise execution, intensity, workload and recovery practices.
• Monitor whether coaches are following the prescribed training structure.
• Prepare branch training observation and monitoring reports.
• Recommend corrective actions and improvements where necessary.
• Conduct educational sessions, workshops and talks for students and parents.
• Educate students and parents on sports physiology, recovery, sleep, hydration, nutrition basics, injury prevention and training principles.
• Communicate sports science concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Maintain accurate student fitness and performance records.
• Analyse training and performance data to support decision-making.
• Prepare regular reports on student development, training quality and sports science program implementation.
• Work with management to continuously improve Boltz's sports science and performance development system.
• The successful candidate will help establish a structured Sports Science & Performance System where student development is continuously assessed, monitored and improved through data-driven training.
