A leading semiconductor company in Malacca, Malaysia, is seeking an HR professional to manage Talent Development Services, handle training administration, and administer HRDF. The ideal candidate should be skilled in HR Learning Systems and possess strong problem-solving and communication abilities. This is a 1-year renewable contract under a third-party payroll partner.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Provide and keep up-to-date HR Talent Development Services data reports and statistics for internal and external parties.
• Perform routine training administrative tasks to ensure HR training processes are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with established HR business processes.
• Handle Human Resource Development Fund (HRD Corp) administration, including applications and claims, and provide advice on HRDF matters and the latest circulars.

• Possesses good and hands-on knowledge and skills in HR Learning Systems (SAP, SuccessFactors).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Articulate and meticulous.
• Demonstrates diplomatic and sensitive communication, with awareness of intercultural differences.

Note: 1-year renewable contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company.
