A leading logistics company in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Payroll Support role to manage both onshore and offshore payroll efficiently. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience, preferably in a shared service environment, and possess advanced knowledge in HRIS systems like SAP. The role requires effective collaboration with HR partners to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, while also generating necessary reports and managing employee records.
Provides day-to-day payroll support to the business units and/or HR Business Partner to ensure that the local/offshore payrolls are promptly and accurately. Ensures consistent application of policies and procedures.
