Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
This is a regional adidas SEA role responsible for providing accurate, real-time visibility of order book, inbound, availability and service-level performance for Global Key Accounts across Southeast Asia.
The Planner ensures that sales planning, in-season trading and commercial decisions are based on execution reality, and that orders flow from confirmation to shipment in line with SEA priorities, acting as the single source of truth for what will ship, what will land and what is at risk.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order Book, Inbound & Availability Control
- Maintain SEA-level visibility of the order book, confirmed shipments, allocations and inbound phasing.
- Track article-level availability, drops, launch readiness and short shipments.
- Monitor risks to pre-orders, key launches and trading moments.
2. Order Flow & OTIF Accountability
- Ensure that orders progress from confirmation to shipment without unnecessary delays, proactively identifying and resolving execution blockers with Country Customer Service and Supply Chain teams.
- Track on-time, in-full (OTIF), cancellations, returns and fill-rates, highlighting risks early.
- Drive closure of execution issues until resolution, ensuring SEA priorities are respected.
3. Supply Chain & Country Interface
- Act as the day-to-day interface between SEA, Country Customer Service, Order Fulfilment, DCs and Product Supply.
- Ensure SEA has a single, accurate view of what will ship, when it will land, and what will not be fulfilled.
- Work with Country teams to ensure in-season and replenishment orders are executed in line with SEA trading and launch priorities.
4. Operational Reporting & Support
- Support in producing order book, inbound, availability and service-level dashboards for the KAM team.
