Manage day-to-day operations of the corporate Learning Management System (LMS), including course setup, learner registration, attendance tracking, and troubleshooting.
Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of mandatory and compliance training to meet internal and external regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and up to date LMS data, including user records, course completions, certifications, and content libraries.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the impact and ROI of learning programs at regional and global levels.
Conduct learning assessments at multiple stages (Levels 1–3) to gather feedback, measure knowledge retention, and assess on-the-job application of skills.
Monitor and report training activity in regional/global databases and maintain employee training records as needed.
Identify and implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency, enhance the user experience, and support scalability across learning operations.
Bachelor’s degree (required)
Experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or similar
field or with a relevant amount of work experience.
Extensive experience (3-5 years) of training experience, in learning and development roles, with a focus on LMS administration (e.g., Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, Cornerstone, etc.)
International work experience is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools for dashboard creation
Proven track record of successfully leading L&D initiatives across multiple regions and cultures, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced, global environment.
Detail-oriented with a process mindset and a passion for operational excellence.
Collaborative and responsive, with the ability to work across time zones and cultures.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with learning technologies, LMS (Learning Management Systems), e-learning platforms, and emerging trends in learning technology.
English proficiency; multi-lingual (preferred)
