The Day to Day Activities
HR Operations
  • Responsible for daily HR operational activities, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within HRIS systems.
  • Support HR process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Administer on staff verification from external parties not limited to bank, employment verification and others.
  • Manage the distribution and administration of employee discount cards.
Web / AI Chatbot
  • Responsible to ensure the information shared in any platform is up to date.
  • Remove expired information and coordinate with the relevant stakeholder on the new information.
Others
  • Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor to support the HR function and organizational objectives.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience of HR operations.
