The Day to Day Activities
HR Operations
- Responsible for daily HR operational activities, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within HRIS systems.
- Support HR process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Administer on staff verification from external parties not limited to bank, employment verification and others.
- Manage the distribution and administration of employee discount cards.
Web / AI Chatbot
- Responsible to ensure the information shared in any platform is up to date.
- Remove expired information and coordinate with the relevant stakeholder on the new information.
Others
- Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor to support the HR function and organizational objectives.
About You
1. Education / What people Know
- Degree in any related fields
2. Experience / What people Have Done
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience of HR operations.
- Proficiency in HRIS.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
3. Competencies / What people Can Do
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring accuracy and integrity in all data and processes.
- Ethical Judgment: High level of integrity and ethical standards in managing confidential and sensitive information.
- Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with HR teams and other departments. Supports and contributes to a team-oriented culture.
