Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Data & Human Capital Analytics Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for analysing and interpreting HR-related data to provide actionable insights on workforce trends, human capital costs, attrition, employee movement, overtime costs, and other key HR metrics. The ideal candidate will support strategic decision-making and help optimize workforce planning and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyse HR data from various sources (HRIS, payroll, time tracking, etc.)
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor:
• • Human Capital Cost
  • Attrition and retention trends
  • Internal movement and mobility
  • Overtime and productivity costs
  • Headcount and workforce demographics

Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in HR data to support strategic initiatives

Provide data-driven recommendations to improve workforce efficiency and cost management

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal policies and data privacy regulations

Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
• Proven experience at least 2 - 4 years in HR analytics, workforce planning, or data analysis
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools
• Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) is a plus
• Solid understanding of HR metrics and financial implications of workforce decisions
• Experience in predictive modelling, labor cost modelling, HR budgeting or workforce forecasting is an advantage
• Willing to be based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (accessible by LRT)
