Job description

Steelcase APAC seeks a motivated communications professional to manage dealer channel communications and oversee internal communications for the organization. This role ensures clear, engaging messaging for dealer partners while keeping employees informed, aligned, and engaged.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage all Dealer communications including regular communications, product updates, campaign briefs, and event management.
  • Write, edit, and proofread compelling content tailored for dealers, ensuring clarity, brand alignment, and strategic relevance.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support dealer-facing events, managing logistics and collaboration with the support of the sales support team.
  • Act as liaison between Brand Communications, Sales, and Dealer teams to deliver timely, consistent messaging and materials.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop dealer-specific marketing collateral and digital assets.
  • Track dealer engagement metrics, analyze feedback, and help optimize communication strategies.
  • Develop and implement internal communications initiatives, including newsletters, announcements, intranet content, and employee engagement campaigns.
  • Support internal events and town halls, communication planning and execution aimed at improving organizational alignment and culture.
  • Collaborate with HR, leadership, operations and cross-functional teams to ensure internal messaging is clear, timely, and aligned with corporate goals.
  • Measure effectiveness of internal communications and recommend improvements.
Who You Are
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing communications, corporate communications, or channel marketing.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, able to tailor messages to diverse internal and external audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, comfortable handling multiple communication projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative team player, adept at building relationships and working cross-functionally.
  • Event management experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with intranet tools, newsletter platforms, and basic digital communication technologies preferred.
