Qualifications

Specialist/ Advisor - Warehouse
Your Responsibilities
  • Co-work with Warehouse Manager to set up and continuously optimize procedures, instructions, CP (Control Plan), ORP (organized reaction plan), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), other documentation related to all warehouse processes of incoming materials, materials dispatch to production, materials inventory management considering PDCA loop (Plan, Do, Check, Action), 6S, EHS, Security.
  • Responsible for close coordination with different departments which are input process owners and output process owners, close coordination with Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Assistant.
  • SAP operation to ensure the conformity between SAP and Physical materials.
  • Continuous efficiency improvement for all warehouse processes.
  • Involve in all kinds of internal and external audit.
  • Involve in yearly investment, cost budget preparation and implementation by daily fulfilment.
  • Yearly and monthly material inventory taking.
  • Involve in setting up the training structure and training materials, delivering trainings to team members.
  • Archiving all operation related documents on time.
  • Other job assignment appointed from superior.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in warehouse management, supply chain management, business administration or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in warehouse or shipping operation, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics principles.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive process improvement and efficiency.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with computer and warehouse management systems (MS office package, SAP WM/MM Modules).
  • Knowledge in implementing warehouse automation is a plus.
  • Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards related to warehouse operations.
  • Fluent English in oral and writing.
