Provide direct assistance to senior management, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling confidential communications.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting coordination, preparing agendas, attending sessions, and accurately recording and distributing minutes.
  • Document and report preparation: draft, edit, and format official correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as the point of contact between departments, stakeholders, and external parties, including government agencies.
  • Project coordination: assist in tracking progress of key initiatives and follow up on action items or deadlines.
  • Travel and logistics arrangement: plan and manage local and international travel, accommodation, and related logistics.
  • Research and briefing support: conduct background research and prepare materials or summaries for meetings and decisions.
  • Confidentiality and discretion: handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity.
  • Translate documents or support communication in Mandarin and English as needed.
  • Adaptability and professionalism: respond to shifting priorities and support ad hoc tasks as required by management.

Job Requirements and Skills
