Job description
Be the Leadership Team's Executive "SWAT Team" Lead for High-Priority External Projects

At BJAK, we are building Southeast Asia's leading digital financial platform - fast. As our organization scales regionally, we require an agile Special Officer to directly address rapid, evolving, and wide-ranging requirements set by the CEO and Chairman. This high-trust role focuses entirely on executing time-sensitive, strategic, and often external-facing tasks that lay the groundwork for our future expansion and operational security.

Why This Role Matters
  • Serve as the first responder for rapid, high-priority initiatives requested by the CEO/Chairman, ranging from new market setup to critical external communications.
  • Act as a key representative and operational arm for executive communications, government liaisons, and strategic partnership groundwork.
  • Own a wide and evolving scope of tasks that require immediate attention and execution outside of routine departmental operations.
  • Quickly tackle complex, ambiguous projects that require immediate focus and resolution to unlock strategic opportunities.
What You Will Do
  • Head up the initial operational and logistical planning required for setting up new market entry (e.g., initial incorporation, identifying early partners, regulatory reconnaissance).
  • Draft, finalize, and deploy critical external communications, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive office, often relating to investors or government bodies.
  • Manage urgent, ad-hoc requirements related to government affairs, regulatory outreach, or stakeholder coordination that fall outside the standing team's scope.
  • Take full ownership of ambiguous, high-priority projects (e.g., due diligence processes, unique vendor negotiations, special events) that require immediate, dedicated executive attention.
  • Conduct rapid research, synthesis, and preparation of briefing materials on time-sensitive, wide-ranging topics for the CEO/Chairman's review.
  • Serve as a dedicated resource to quickly execute tactical requirements defined by the CEO/Chairman to remove immediate operational or strategic roadblocks.
You Will Thrive Here If You...
  • Are a "Doer" who executes with speed and precision on highly ambiguous tasks with minimal runway.
  • Are comfortable being the primary operational representative in external environments (government, partnerships, new markets).
  • Excel at rapid-fire research, synthesis, and communication on unfamiliar, wide-ranging topics.
  • Possess the flexibility to instantly pivot priorities based on urgent direction from the CEO/Chairman.
  • Operate with absolute discretion, maturity, and diplomacy in highly sensitive contexts.
What You Bring
  • 3-5 years of high-intensity experience in consulting, executive support, project management, or operations within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage external stakeholders, vendors, and partners (e.g., lawyers, government contacts, consultants).
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills suitable for formal external communications (investor/government grade).
  • Fluency in conducting rapid research and synthesizing complex information into executive-level briefs.
  • High level of discretion, maturity, and trustworthiness when handling highly sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Experience supporting C-level or Chairman requirements; prior exposure to new market entry or government liaison is highly advantageous.
