HAPPY AND LOVELY KIDS THERAPY CENTRE PLT – Kampong Pasir Segambut

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing individualized education and training plans to meet the unique needs of each student, as well as their group activities to develop their social skill
• Utilizing a range of teaching methods and assistive technologies to engage and support students with diverse learning abilities
• Conducting regular assessments to track student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly, as well as update students\' progress reports
• Organizing and leading engaging educational and vocational activities that promote skill-building, independence and social interaction
• Maintaining accurate records and contributing to the overall evaluation and improvement of the school\'s special needs programme

What we\'re looking for

• Degree or diploma in Psychology, Special Education, Inclusive Education or a related field
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, families and the wider support team
• Ability to adapt teaching styles and strategies to meet the diverse needs of each student
• Patience, creativity and a genuine passion for empowering individuals with special needs
