Job summary

Sayang Sayang Spa is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver professional spa and massage treatments to our clients. You will perform a variety of treatments including aromatherapy, traditional/relaxation and deep tissue massage, foot massage, and other spa services according to our service menu.

You will consult with customers about their treatment preferences and needs, maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, and provide a warm, friendly and professional experience to all clients.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Spa Therapist or Massage Therapist preferred.
• Massage skills are required; training may be provided for specific spa treatments.
• Friendly, responsible, punctual and well-groomed.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional body massage treatments including aromatherapy, traditional/relaxation and deep tissue massage.
• Provide foot massage and other spa treatments according to the service menu.
• Consult with customers regarding their preferred massage pressure and treatment needs.
• Ensure treatment rooms, beds, towels and equipment are clean and properly prepared.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and customer service.
• Provide a warm, friendly and professional experience to all customers.
• Recommend suitable spa treatments and packages when appropriate.
• Follow spa SOPs, safety procedures and service standards.
• Assist with general spa operations when required.
