Job description

• Managing the sourcing and negotiating price, technical and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Sourcing new suppliers and maintaining long‑lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers.
• Obtaining quotes from different suppliers.
• Ensure costing for each project are analyzed accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates in Certificate or Diploma in Accounting/Business/Management or equivalent.
• Training will be provided.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Internet.
• Fast learner, responsible and able to work in a team.
• Skills in communication, English.
