Job description

Responsible to perform continual market analysis to initiate localization projects, monitoring of supplier and project process to reduce oversea spend. Develop the alternative driving defiation programs.

Constantly evaluate and review current supplier based with existing and anticipated requirements.

Identification of cost drivers using market research and benchmarking where appropriate.

Engage with the business leadership team to develop sourcing activities/programs to deliver enhanced productivity.

Develop sourcing strategy targeting on Quality, price, delivery and service to meet requirement.

To lead in products cost down and value added/value engineering (VAVE) project.

Source and negotiate effective solution for RFQ processes.

Periodically prepared and implement supporting work plans.

Working closely with cross functional teams for supplier evaluation and selection by conduct supplier audit. Negotiate and drives continues improvement for the company.

Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Responsible to invite scrap collector on monthly bidding, make necessary arrangement and witness on scrap activities.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least a bachelor's degree or above in engineering or supply chain or equivalent.
• Candidate with diploma in Engineering or supply chain an with at least 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Knowledge in ERP, MS Office.
• Ability to interpret technical drawing.
• Poses strong negotiation skills and good interpersonal skills.
• Preferably able to write and speak in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
