Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Solutions Developer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven application solutions that are aligned with our business objectives throughout the region. Responsibilities

• Develop solutions using cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure to ensure scalability and reliability across multiple regions.
• Design, code, test, and deploy robust applications and ETL processes that are data-intensive, ensuring the solutions meet business requirements and are of high quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional international teams to translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.
• Adapt and tailor technology solutions to ensure compliance with regional requirements, including security practices, data regulations and other local needs.
• Provide ongoing technical support and expertise to regional users, ensuring high system performance and minimizing operational disruptions.
• Contribute to the full application lifecycle, from initial concept and development through to deployment and ongoing maintenance and support.

Qualifications

• Possessed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in application development is required, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in programming languages including .Net/C#, JavaScript, SQL, Python and Java.
• Expertise with Microsoft development platforms such as Azure, Power Platform, and Visual Studio.
• Substantial experience in developing solutions and managing databases on cloud platforms, such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex business requirements and design effective technical solutions that address those needs.
• Excellent communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with user stakeholders across various regional locations.
• Familiarity with data security principles is highly desirable.
• Working on public holidays is required to support other APAC locations, with compensation provided.
• Fluent in written and spoken English is must, and Cantonese or Mandarin verbal skills will be an advantage due to need to deal with the APAC Country including Hong Kong.
