This position contributes to delivering reliable technology solutions, driving digital transformation, and ensuring alignment between IT initiatives and business goals. The role emphasizes operational excellence, innovation, and collaboration. We are seeking a strong communicator with attention to detail, capable of leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, competitiveness, and organizational growth.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between IT and business units to gather requirements and understand operational challenges.
  • Translate business needs into actionable IT solutions and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate clear, consistent communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Promote user adoption and support change management initiatives for new systems and tools.
  • Coordinate and monitor the execution of IT projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, track milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Support reporting and governance processes related to IT initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of projects.
  • Provide hands‑on support for IT operations, including troubleshooting, system monitoring, and end‑user assistance.
  • Assist in mobilizing IT resources and serve as a backup during peak periods or team absences.
  • Contribute to the stability, efficiency, and responsiveness of IT services across supported locations.
  • Travel as required to provide on‑site support and engagement across 8 offices in Malaysia, primarily within the Klang Valley.
  • Maintain flexibility to respond to operational needs and project demands across multiple sites.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
  • Support the implementation and adherence to ISMS policies within IT operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 4–5 years of experience leading change initiatives, with a focus on user adoption through effective communication and training.
  • High proficiency in English—spoken, written, and reading.
  • Strong ability to align IT solutions with business needs and foster cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Proven track record in managing cross‑functional IT projects with clear documentation and timely, high‑quality delivery.
  • Hands‑on experience in basic technical support, system monitoring, and troubleshooting to maintain service stability.
  • Familiarity with ISMS and flexibility to travel across multiple sites, with strong organizational skills to manage shifting priorities.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • High integrity, maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
