Note: This posting screens candidates for two senior roles— a DevOps Manager focused on operations/CI/CD, and a Solution Architect focused on strategic cloud design.

About the Company

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading multi‑cloud solutions provider based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, dedicated to empowering small and medium businesses across the APAC region with cloud strategy, architecture, and management.

Core Responsibilities

A. Cloud Architect

• Lead the architectural design of scalable, cost‑effective cloud solutions.
• Define technical standards and enforce IT governance policies.
• Develop the cloudification roadmap and strategy (consultative approach).
• Drive cloud cost optimization and capacity planning.
• Bridge technical complexity with business requirements and strategy.

B. DevOps Operations

• Lead 24x7 global SaaS operations and maintain SLA compliance.
• Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD automation.
• Oversee ITIL practices (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Manage enterprise Observability tools (Datadog, Splunk, CloudWatch).
• Manage and mentor cross‑functional support and operations teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in a Cloud Architecture or DevOps role.
• Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud), networking, and security.
• Strong experience with IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting (Python/Bash).
• Strong understanding of container orchestration and security.
• Proven ability to lead solution reviews and troubleshoot complex issues.
