We’re seeking a seasoned Solution Architect experienced in end-to-end solutioning, capable of translating business needs into robust, scalable architectural designs—from concept through implementation and optimization. The ideal candidate has a strong mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills, capable of overseeing solutioning from concept through implementation and ongoing optimization.

What you will be doing:

• Design, test, and oversee technical architectures, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, reliable, and secure technical solutions.
• Analyse technical infrastructure problems, challenges, and complexities for private, hybrid, or multi‑cloud architecture and recommend improvements.
• Define and document solution architectures, including application, data, integration, and infrastructure layers.
• Ensure adherence to architectural principles, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and other cross‑functional departments to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Ensure timely execution and implementation of solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and third‑party platforms.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to recommend innovative solutions.
• Support governance processes to ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and performance standards.

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrable experience (8+ years) in IT architecture, software engineering, or solution design.
• Strong end‑to‑end solutioning expertise covering applications, data, infrastructure, and integration.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, APIs, and modern enterprise systems.
• Excellent understanding of security, compliance, and scalability principles.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
