Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in solar system maintenance or installation.
• Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with solar panel technology and associated equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols in an electrical environment.
• Good physical condition and ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Relevant technical certifications or vocational training in electrical or solar technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of solar photovoltaic systems.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical problems with solar equipment.
• Install and commission new solar panel systems according to specifications.
• Monitor system performance and generate reports on efficiency and output.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards during all operations.
• Respond to emergency service calls and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
