The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in Electrical Engineering and have at least 2 years of experience as a Solar PV O&M Technician. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of safety regulations are essential. The role involves compliance with health standards and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2 years of working experience as Solar PV O&M Technician.
• Knowledge of the Electricity Supply Act 1990 and Electricity Regulations 1994.
• Possess valid driving license D and GDL.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance schedules for solar PV systems.
• Review maintenance progress by Technicians.
• Conduct QA & QC inspections for project quality.
• Monitor system performance and produce reports.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
