Join the Next-Generation Infotainment System project for a leading German premium carmaker at Luxoft Automotive Division. This project focuses on developing advanced Head Unit applications, including Tuner, Player, and other infotainment features. The project lifecycle spans design, development, testing, and delivery to the client.
Working in close collaboration with one of the world's leading automotive OEMs, you will be part of a Southeast Asia-based engineering team delivering cutting-edge infotainment solutions for some of the most technologically advanced vehicles in the world.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects in accordance with DXC/Luxoft internal processes and customer delivery processes.
- Manage and maintain relationships with project stakeholders.
- Support the hiring and onboarding process for project team members.
- Track and manage project location-related needs and requests.
- Establish and maintain the project management plan.
- Establish and maintain the project risk management plan.
- Coordinate the procurement and tracking of project hardware (HW) and software (SW).
- Provide project health metrics, defect tracking, and issue reporting to management.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead project planning, estimation, and task management across all project domains.
- Prepare regular project status reports and reprioritize tasks based on management requests.
Mandatory Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience as a Team Lead, Project Coordinator, or in a similar coordination role (e.g., Requirements Management, Resident Engineer, Bridge Head), or relevant academic experience with a focus on project management or coordination.
- 5+ years of project management or coordination experience in software development for large-scale international projects, preferably within the embedded software domain.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, management, and engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools, including JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong enthusiasm for embedded systems development.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Software development or software testing experience.
- Experience working in an embedded automotive environment.
- PMP certification or an equivalent project management certification.
