Software Programmer (MIS & Systems Support)

Join our IT team to support and maintain existing company systems, assist daily office operations, and participate in system enhancements. This role combines software development and IT/MIS support across office and branch environments.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and enhance existing in‑house systems (PHP, VB.NET, C#), including billing, inventory, and WordPress websites.

Perform daily transaction updates, generate reports and data, and provide troubleshooting support.

Work under guidance of MIS / senior programmer for system familiarization.

Provide day‑to‑day support for office and branch IT infrastructure, including hardware and network connectivity.

Travel to branches for troubleshooting, system support, and user training as required.

Requirements:

Knowledge of PHP, VB.NET, C#.

Experience in WordPress development.

Basic knowledge of MySQL / SQL Server.

Experience developing or maintaining ERP, POS, accounting, or inventory systems is a plus.

Responsible and able to work independently.

Minimum 2–3 years working experience in a related IT role/position is required.
