As members of PARK24 GROUP, a publicly listed company renowned as the world's largest car park operator and a leader in Japan, we are part of a professional parking management service provider. PARK24 GROUP offers a diverse range of mobility‑related services, including car sharing, car rental services, management of parking facilities, and sales of parking lot equipment in Japan.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT software team and members (8 in-house staff as of 1st Nov. 2025)
• Control 3rd party software vendor relationships
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
• Plan, organise, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
• Manage new system development projects working with our teams
• Identify improvement opportunities for existing systems and plan improvement projects with our team
• Plan system enhancement roadmap and conduct installations
• Report progress, risk, quality and cost in a timely manner
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality
• Manage the team to resolve issues
• Root‑cause analyse and consider preventative actions
• Set up and install systems, delivering necessary systems to our carparks on time
• Manage and coordinate 3rd‑party vendors for 3rd‑level support
• Handle IT related audit, both internal and external
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems

Pre‑requisites Requirement

• Certificate/Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent qualification
• Proven working experience as a Manager or relevant position (minimum 3 years)
• Experience in new IT software development and system support
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, computer software systems; knowledge of hardware is a plus
• Strong technical support skills, ability to work independently
• Knowledge and experience in the carpark industry (nice to have)
