The position emphasizes collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams, participation in Agile ceremonies, and ongoing learning. A Bachelor's degree in CS/IT-related field is required.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum GPA: 3.5/4.0 (or equivalent).
• Basic understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain manufacturing applications using .NET Core and related frameworks.
• Support bug fixes and minor enhancements to existing production systems.
• Write clean, maintainable code following team standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to learn from senior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Shadow senior developers during requirements gathering and technical design sessions.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Help troubleshoot application issues reported by manufacturing users.
• Assist in testing and validation activities before production deployments.
