About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer to join our Enterprise Payment Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development, enhancement, and maintenance of critical payment systems including FPX and RPP and integration to other payment systems. You will work closely with business squads and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality application solutions that meet business needs and regulatory requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for both fresh graduates with strong academic credentials and experienced professionals looking to contribute to a fast-paced and evolving banking environment.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Provide application support, participate in application customisation and integration including analysis of customisation requests and writing of amendment/program specifications, designing, coding and testing of complex programs, user training,
  • Installation, implementation support and maintenance to ensure the system availability as per agreed SLA.
  • Manage and deliver IT applications and change requests alongside internal teams and SBU Engagement Managers/SMEs
  • Develop technical solutions that align with the current ecosystem and architecture
  • Collaborate with Squad Leads to manage deliverables, planning, and timelines
  • Evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement, then develop and implement relevant solutions
  • Perform requirement analysis and support system integration testing (SIT)
  • Understand daily operational use of systems and propose enhancements for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide production support and root‑cause analysis for application issues
  • Deliver post‑implementation support to business users in your area of responsibility
  • Ensure all user story execution complies with audit, risk, and internal processes
  • Respond to regulatory and compliance changes promptly, ensuring strict adherence to all relevant guidelines
What We’re Looking For
