Job summary

Zetpy is seeking university or college students for a software engineer internship in a dynamic, young company in Malaysia. You will work with PHP, Javascript, and MySQL, with emphasis on OOP, Laravel, and modern web development practices.

You'll collaborate with the Product Team in AGILE environments, translate requirements to technical tasks, document APIs and features, and contribute to real-world ecommerce projects.

Qualifications

• University student majoring in computer science or engineering.
• Good understanding of OOP concepts.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Work in AGILE methodologies environment with a highly collaborative team and encourage to innovate and learn in new ideas.
• Interacts with the Product Team to define, refine, develop, test and deliver against functional requirements
• Understands and translates functional into technical requirements
• Writes technical documentation for internal or external consumption, for developers of varying skills level
• Drives continual improvement in quality and efficiency, including defect prevention/root cause analysis, suggesting and adopting improvements to technology and efficiency
• Works with an architecture team to build and improve the components of the product
