Owns service-level design, scalability, resilience, and security. Guides squad on design patterns, integration architecture, and data flows.

Responsibilities

• As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications.
• You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Continuously evaluate and improve software performance and user experience.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices in software development.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in Java Architecture is required. Advanced proficiency in Spring Boot is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Custom Application Development, Software Engineering, and Core Java EE Design Patterns is suggested.
• Design and implement innovative software solutions that meet client requirements.
• Java/Spring Boot, Distributed caching (Redis), Kubernetes.
