Summary

We’re hiring multiple Software Engineers (Automation) to join our team in a hands-on technical role that blends software testing, process automation, and AI-driven automation. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build real-world solutions across three exciting domains:

  • QA Automation Testing – Develop and maintain automated test scripts to validate software quality and performance.
  • Performance Testing – Create performance test scripts using K6/Gatling to test system performance.
  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA) – Use tools like Playwright to automate repetitive tasks and streamline business workflows.
  • AI Agents Automation – Explore AI-powered automation frameworks to build self-healing scripts and intelligent process automation.

As part of our team, you’ll design, develop, and optimise automation solutions that are tightly integrated into both development pipelines and business operations. We also provide AI-powered tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude and JetBrains Development tools to help you learn and build faster. About the job
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using Playwright.
  • Create and execute end-to-end test cases and support regression testing.

  • Assist in analysing test results and identifying issues.
  • Continuously learn and adopt new tools, especially in automation and AI.
Skills & experience required
  • Priorities will be given to fresh graduates/juniors (less than 12 months of experience) with a minimum of 3.7 CGPA from the top 50 global universities in the QS World University Rankings 2026.
  • Enjoys coding and is eager to apply it to solve real-world QA and automation challenges.
  • Exposure to or interest in TypeScript is a plus.
  • Curious about automation in QA, RPA, and AI use cases.
  • Willing to learn Playwright and other modern automation/performance testing tools.
  • Good problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment.
  • Open to supporting late-night deployments when necessary.
  • Willing to be involved in both pre- and post-deployment regression testing.
