OVERVIEW

We are seeking highly motivated and talented Software Engineers to join our team. As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our lending and recovery software systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with our functional and business teams to gather and analyze requirements for creating new features and enhancing existing modules to meet customer requirements.

Work with our customers to integrate our software into their IT infrastructure via web services or other technologies and map their business requirements to our software.

Design, develop and implement software solutions using Juris in‑house application framework.

Design test plans, conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and share knowledge with team members.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

Excellent analytical, problem‑solving skills with solid logic.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

• (For Senior Position) 2 to 5 years of working experience in related field.
• (For Senior Position) Experience with database management system, such as SQL or Oracle.
• (For Senior Position) Experience in system design and architecture and integration approaches and methodologies.
• (For Senior Position) Experience in producing technical documentation such as integration document (Interface Agreement IFA), technical design documentation etc.
