Job Responsibilities

• Maintain existing test cases and design new test cases.
• Execute manual/automation testing and report product bugs.
• Triage customer feedback, search existing issues, and route them to the correct area path.
• Address customer concerns and follow up on feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze issues reported by customers, reproduce them, report bugs, or respond to address their concerns.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on customer feedback for senior management and relevant departments.
• Work closely with the development and customer service teams to ensure feedback is resolved on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio and software development processes.
• Familiarity with the C++ compiler process and C++ programming.
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Ability to troubleshoot and understand technical issues reported by customers.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
