Exact Asia Malaysia is expanding its Technology Development team in Melaka and seeks a Development Manager to steer product development, sprints, releases, innovation, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with Europe and Malaysia stakeholders to enhance efficiency, quality, and standardization across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in .NET development.
• Proficient in web development with C# or VB.Net, .NET framework, JavaScript, and MS SQL Server.
• Strong unit testing and code review practices.
• Solid understanding of clean code and SOLID principles.
• In-depth SQL knowledge; performance tuning is a plus.
• Experience with REST and WCF/SOAP web services.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, source control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• SCRUM and Agile product development methodologies.
• Excellent English communication; proactive in a hybrid environment.
