Bitcode Technology Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a talented Software Developer to join our dynamic team in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. As a Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative software solutions that drive our clients' success. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a team of passionate professionals.

What you'll be doing

• Design and develop high-quality, scalable software applications using the latest programming languages and frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to ensure maintainability and scalability
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products
• Continuously research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance your skills and contribute to the team\'s knowledge base
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients as needed

What we're looking for

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in software development, preferably in a commercial or agency environment. (Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply)
• Hands-on experience in Laravel (PHP) and Vue.js.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET for Windows application development.
• Familiarity with Raspberry Pi / IoT development (Node.js or Python is a plus).
• Exposure to Flutter mobile app development is an advantage.
• Experience in database management and integration, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to develop innovative solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
