Role Overview

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our team of experienced developers building state-of-the-art software applications for the consumer transactions industry. Our solutions span payments, stored-value applications, and CRM marketing platforms used by millions of users globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications using industry best practices
• Participate in full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions
• Develop and integrate backend services with databases and external systems
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software defects and production issues
• Contribute to code reviews and ensure high standards of code quality and performance
• Support and enhance applications used at scale in production environments
• Continuously learn and adopt new technologies, tools, and frameworks as required

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or other RDBMS
• Good working knowledge of:

  • HTML, XML

  • JSP, Servlets
  • Spring Boot, Hibernate
• Understanding of SDLC, and software design concepts
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes of issues
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a project team

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience with data analytics or similar visualisation tools
