Job summary

Medi Beaute Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Video Content Creator to join our Kuala Lumpur team. You will conceptualise, shoot and edit engaging videos for social media, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.

You will handle end-to-end production, collaborate with Marketing and Training, and stay updated on trends and AI tools to boost engagement. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Creative Multimedia, Digital Media, Mass Communication, Art & Design or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in content creation, videography or video editing.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or equivalent.
• Creative with a good eye for visual composition, storytelling and social media trends.
• Able to develop creative concepts, scripts and storyboards based on marketing objectives.
• Familiar with AI-powered content creation and editing tools is an advantage.
• Good communication skills, able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
• Knowledge of camera, lighting, audio and basic video production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, shoot and edit high-quality video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Handle the end-to-end video production process, from concept development and scripting to filming, editing and final delivery.
• Create engaging TikTok, Reels, promotional, treatment and product videos.
• Operate camera, lighting, audio and other production equipment during shoots.
• Edit raw footage with music, subtitles, graphics, transitions and other visual elements while maintaining Medi Beaute’s brand image.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Training team to develop and execute creative content ideas and campaigns.
• Take ownership of video shoots and ensure content is delivered on time and to the required quality.
• Organise and maintain raw footage, project files and other digital assets for future use.
• Keep up with social media trends, new content formats and AI tools to improve content quality and engagement.

Education

Diploma or Degree in Creative Multimedia, Digital Media, Mass Communication, Art & Design or a related field.
